During the past 15 years, the term TOTAL CARE has become the company’s first and foremost philosophy. TOTAL CARE starts with gratefully taking care of our 600 employees who are restlessly devoting all their hearts to the company and its clients’ best interests.

Sharing" corporate culture which encourages staff to share their
happiness with the community..
Staff welfare is the company’s top concern. Some programs can be named: Free milk for pregnant moms, Award for staff’s children, Team building and staff vacation, Free staff living quarters…
The company and staff often participate in various charity programs such as “Welfare homes for the homeless" at Vinh Long, Ben Tre, Dong Thap… Charity meals and gifts are hand-prepared by our staff and delivered to the needy.
